Terms of Service

WebSentry provides automated website security scanning, monitoring, and reporting tools. We scan URLs you provide and return a security grade and detailed report.

You may only scan websites and domains that you own or have explicit written authorisation to test. Scanning third-party websites without permission is prohibited and may violate computer fraud laws.

You must not:

• Use WebSentry to conduct denial-of-service attacks
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits through automated scripting at scale
• Resell or redistribute scan results without attribution
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

You must provide an accurate email address when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

WebSentry is offered on a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro at $12/month, Agency Starter at $49/month, Agency Growth at $79/month, Agency Pro at $149/month). Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days' notice.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Settings > Billing tab in your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Free (unauthenticated) users may run up to 3 scans per week by IP address. Free registered users may run up to 20 scans per calendar month. These limits exist to ensure fair use and may change.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime. The free tier is provided "as is" with no SLA. Paid plans benefit from priority support but no formal SLA is currently offered.

WebSentry and all associated software, design, and content are owned by AXOX Web Solutions. Your scan data remains yours — we do not claim ownership over URLs or results you generate.

WebSentry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scan results are informational and may not cover all security vulnerabilities. We are not liable for security incidents on your site regardless of scan grade.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXOX Web Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you in any month will not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AXOX Web Solutions is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
