Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to be happy with WebSentry. This policy explains when and how we issue refunds for paid subscriptions.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to any paid plan (Pro, Agency Starter, Agency Growth, or Agency Pro) and are not satisfied within the first 14 days, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund within this window, contact us at billing@websentry.dev with your account email and we will process the refund within 3 business days.
After 14 days
After the 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months or unused scan credits.
Annual plans
Annual plans receive the same 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent renewal at the end of the annual period.
Exceptions
We will consider refunds outside the 14-day window in the following circumstances:
- Significant service outages that lasted more than 24 hours in a given billing period
- Duplicate charges or billing errors on our part
- Charge made after a confirmed cancellation
To request an exception, email billing@websentry.dev with your account email and a description of the issue.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard under Account → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged again and you retain access until then.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you believe you are owed one, see the sections above.
Free plan
The Free plan has no payment associated with it and is therefore not subject to this refund policy.
