Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in trying WebSentry. Here's how refunds work.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first subscription to a paid plan (Pro or Agency), you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. If you're not happy for any reason, just reach out and we'll make it right.

To request a refund, email billing@axoxweb.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address on your account. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days.

Renewal Charges

After the initial 7-day window, subscription renewal charges are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from Settings > Billing and your access will continue until the end of the paid period.

How to Cancel

Log in to your dashboard → Settings tab → Billing section → click "Cancel subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again.

Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower one mid-cycle, you will retain your current plan's access until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations.
